Door off track on both sides. Cables had come off the drums. Reset everything, replaced one frayed cable, and gave the system a full lube and tune while I was there. Customer was thrilled with how quiet the door is now.
Spring Replacement - Rockwall, TX
Standard torsion spring replacement on a 16x7 double-wide door. Both springs replaced. Door balance perfect. Wrote up a maintenance recommendation for the customer to schedule a tune-up in 6 months to extend the new springs.
Extension to Torsion Conversion - Garland, TX
Older home with extension springs - safer to convert to torsion. Replaced cables, drums, end bearing plates, center bracket, and installed new torsion springs. Now this 30-year-old door has a modern, safer, longer-lasting setup.
